So I get home from musical practice today and on the kitchen counter lies envelopes from colleges, like there has been everyday since junior year. I glanced at them casually not really wanting to read anymore junk about colleges I didn't even apply to, but then I noticed that both these envelopes were from schools I applied to. Still not thinking anything of it I opened the first envelope from Goucher College and began to read the opening print, an acceptance letter!!! I instantly grabbed the phone and called my mother, who was thrilled when I told her the news about Goucher. While I was on the phone I remembered I had another smaller envelope from Manhattanville College. Now, it is well known that acceptances come in bing envelopes, so this one worried me. I slowly opened up this small envelope and pulled out four sheets of paper folded ery small, to my surprise, another acceptance letter!!! I screamed and nearly deafened my mother. So it seems I might just go to college, and it might just be one of my top three! Yay!

If I can make it through tomorrow I will be at Manhattanville. If I can make it through tomorrow I will be at Manhattanville. If I can make it through tomorrow I will be at Manhattanville. If I can make it through tomorrow I will be at Manhattanville. If I can make it through tomorrow I will be at Manhattanville. |

So I started my new job at Eddie Bauer tonight. I have to say it is pretty awesome. I have fallen in love with a red sweater. This job might cost me quite a bit of money but I haven't bought anything yet. Regardless its pretty cool. Working again Friday, should be good.

Today had its ups and downs. School went by pretty fast and pretty uneventful today. After school Stacy, Tim, Lynn, my brother and I waited online for free burittos at the new mexican restaurant in the Village. So amazing! I love mexican food so much!!! Then I came home read some Hamlet and then went Halloween costume shopping with Tim and Lynn. I am going to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Fun stuff. Then I came home which is where my day started going down hill. I recieved a distressing call from my grndparents informing me the my cat, Snickers, has cancer nd will probably have to be put down. So I think I am going to ride down on Monday and spend the day with her. My grandparents are pretty upset too, I think my grandma was crying on the phone with me. Well these things do happen. At least I am spending the weekend up at Manhattanville with Sam, that will be fun. I am excited for it. See you all soon. Lots of love.

Today at lunch my lunch table was discussing the spring musical and instead of discussing actual possibilities we decided to create our own. Here is the title: “Bye Bye That Damn Miserable Cat Working on the RENTed Forking Roofasel in Penzance, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown” translated from Nubian into Russian then back into Nubian and transposed from the key of X melodic major into Q minor. Hope you all like it and will audition. Good times at our lunch table.
